Scope for choosing different cleanliness levels for production: Optical requirements in display technology, high-voltage, microelectronics applications, sensor systems or medical applications.
Polarisation films help to reduce defined wavelengths inside the system – e.g. in the head-up display. A conversion into heat takes place, or reflection from the surface structure and/or the multi-layer layout.
Surface protection films protect sensitive optical interfaces from scratches and other impurities. These are easy-to-apply adhesive films that remain in place until goods are delivered to the customer.
